A recognised degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Valuation or any related discipline
At least six years' experience with a minimum of two years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the areas of asset/property management, valuation, marketing/leasing, or investment
Familiar with local practices and regulations in property related matters
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications
A fast learner with a positive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines
