About GRADUAN ®

Who We are ?

GRADUAN is the trusted careers and employment resource to focus on Malaysian fresh graduates - those who have made it through university or college with a degree or diploma - who are about to enter the Malaysian working world.

Headed by Puan Elia Talib, Managing Counsellor/Director, who has more than 12 years of careers counselling experience, we offer information and advice on careers and employment, particularly in the private sector in Malaysia, to help you make that right first step in your career.

Formerly Aspirasi GRADUAN®, GRADUAN® provides a unique package of information and guidance for Malaysian fresh graduates through its annual publication, website services and career counselling.

Since 1995, approximately 40,000 final year undergraduates have received the Aspirasi GRADUAN® annual publication every year, delivered straight to leading universities and colleges in Malaysia, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK on a 'first come, first served' basis, free-of-charge. (Our list includes over 500 leading universities and colleges.) If you're a final year undergraduate, ask your career counselor/careers department if they've got the latest GRADUAN copy. The GRADUAN website, which holds valuable information also provides a recuitment system to match employers with first time employees.
