Why graduates fail their job interview?• It was found that graduates who failed the job interview lacked confidence (45%), lacked
English oral skills (30%), lacked work experience (15%) and lacked other qualities that
distinguished them from the other applicants (10%).

Skills of graduates• It was found that the employers surveyed stressed good oral communication skills
(33%), written skills (29%), technical skills (25%), social skills (10%) and IT skills (3%) as important criteria for employment.
